1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request the cancellation of services provided by Zenanvibe Technology. The following conditions apply:

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected] or by contacting our customer support at 9865438020.
Cancellation requests received within 30 days of initiating the service will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after 45 days may be subject to partial refunds, determined at the discretion of Zenanvibe Technology.
If services have already been rendered, no refund will be provided for the portion of services already delivered.

2. Refund Policy

Zenanvibe Technology is committed to customer satisfaction. In the event of a valid cancellation or refund request, the following policies apply:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of receiving a valid cancellation request.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
Customers are responsible for any transaction fees incurred during the refund process.
No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully rendered, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
Zenanvibe Technology reserves the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of the terms of service.
